Modal is a web company with a staff of one: me, Erik Ratcliffe. I make websites for designers that don’t “do” web.
It’s simple in concept, but not in practice. Example: if a designer wants a 10px gap between images, the gap needs to be 10px, not 12 or 8. Non-designers won’t see this detail, but a designer will.
I’m a designer hybrid, comfortable in design mode and tech mode. This modality that makes me ideal for web production. I’ll make your website look like your design. Really, I will.
