The Wheelhouse team is seeking a bright, creative graphic designer with an eye for great digital content, a knack for writing good copy, and good sense of humor. This position blends graphic design and digital marketing to assist our digital strategist and clients in a variety of ways. Some of the duties this position will cover (but is not limited to): creating digital graphics and branded print materials, developing social media content and content calendars, managing social media accounts, writing emails to supporter lists, updating website content, and more.

Your skills and experience may include:
A couple years (2+) professional experience in a position related to branding, marketing, or
Training in graphic design, or proven relevant experience.
Ability to navigate basic HTML & CSS.
Fluent in using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Fluent in using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Excellent writing skills and grammar at 280 characters and beyond.
Some additional experience that may help you be successful in this position, but is not required:
Experience using social media on behalf of a brand / organization.
Experience using a blast email platform, such as MailChimp.
Experience working for political causes.
Videography and/or video editing skills.
Ability to create animated graphics / GIFs.
