Grace Studio started in 2003 as a tiny photography venture – it felt like coming home, after being in the high-tech sector.
One thing seeing both sides did was to make me crave a good combo of business & the creative. When I take on a project, I delve into my client’s business to understand what their challenges are, & what they need from design to make their business better, their brand stronger. A stickler for branding, this thread weaves its way through all my client-facing work: print design, identity, photography, web design.
I still enjoy shooting – vineyards, farms & people – & I work it into my projects whenever possible. A visual is worth a thousand first impressions & I’m happy to work with you to get that impression just right.
I’m most often found sketching or tapping on a laptop, though, designing just the right look & feel within that small screen to give the world a true sense of your brand, your business essence.
Off the grid, I enjoy shooting stills for indie films, traveling whenever possible & playing in water in any form: snow, lake, ocean.
Street cred: I earned my degree in Telecommunications Management from Marylhurst University & hold certificates in Digital Marketing Strategy and Interactive Media Production from Portland State University.
