Unblock Yourself! Simple Creative Exercises to Unlock New Ways of Thinking – A workshop with Sonja Amundson.

June 3, 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

| $15.00

Perfect for anyone seeking for a new way to approach their own thought processes, and how to use self-reflection to make change in their lives

Do you feel stuck? Maybe it’s a project at work (or all of work) that you want to move in another direction. Maybe you’ve got relationships you’d like to improve, but you’re not sure how you can make a change. Maybe, you’re tired of feeling burned out and ready to approach life a new way, but you’re not sure where to start.

Trying to change these issues by changing the world around you isn’t always easy (or possible). Luckily, how you think about tough situations, and how you show up to them, could change everything … If you could just see what it is you’re really thinking.

In this workshop, we will use simple art exercises (no skill required) and a powerful visualization to examine a situation (big or small) that you want to improve. You’ll uncover patterns in your thinking that you may not have noticed before, and start to see your situation in a new light.

Then, we’ll investigate ways to move forward and bring more joy into your life. You’ll be able to utilize these tools anytime you find yourself stuck.

You won’t be required to share anything with the group that you aren’t ready to share.
Materials are provided.
You need to bring (and this IS required) an open mind, and a willingness to invite change into your life.

Please note that due to the capacity of the space, registration is limited. If the workshop is full and you’re interested, please send me a note and let me know so I can inform you the next time I run the workshop.

Workshop Fee: $15
