Here’s what we are looking for:
This position is responsible for leading Yesmail Interactive’s email campaign production process for key clients. The Account Services Manager focuses on ensuring all cross-functional teams adhere to production timelines with a heavy focus on quality control and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client email production process
  • Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures, timelines, and milestones
  • Possesses a strong understanding of client’s email program’s goals and priorities
  • Partner with Account Director to accomplish clients goals
  • Responsible for managing daily/weekly/periodic communication needs for the client
  • Ensure that planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded

Email Campaign Management

  • Provide client facing thought leadership and accountability for production process
  • Focused on production efficiency and quality control
  • Manage production timelines and resource allocation
  • Responsible for ensuring team members create, share and store client documentation per department guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring team members utilize department training, resource and reference materials
  • Coordination of standard and custom report creation and delivery using team members and other department resources
  • Responsible for ensuring each individual is appropriately trained
  • Responsible for confirming and reviewing team members time tracking on a weekly basis
  • Mentor a team of workers
  • Ensure quality control steps are executed for all campaigns including content, targeting and final message checklists
  • Maintain thorough client facing quality control checklist documentation
  • Participate in issues research and resolution
  • Responsible for managing escalation for production issues from any team member and/or clients
  • Responsible for escalating client issues to the Senior Account Director as necessary
  • Manage complex targeting and suppression rules
  • Work with account teams to ensure data counts match mailing expectations

Project Management

  • Manage a very fast paced, highly complex production schedule
  • Manage client projects including establishing timelines and setting expectations with clients
  • Work cross-functionally with other Infogroup teams including: Client Services Engineering, Professional Services, Sales

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

  • Bachelor degree and 3+ years managing client relationships either on provider or agency side
  • Proven project management skills; Experience with project management tools like Basecamp desired
  • Expert in day-to-day client relationship management
  • Agency related traffic management experience preferred; strong understanding of creative process, targeting and suppression rules,and quality control steps
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of email and/or interactive marketing space – Email Service Provider and/or Interactive Marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
